12 Handcrafted Chocolate Bird Eggs-Stork
Product Description:
“White storks have been missing from Britain for 600 years. In 2016 the White Stork Project began a reintroduction program, and the first wild stork chick hatched at Knepp in 2020, in the top of an oak tree. Now you can see them everywhere at Knepp, circling in the thermals, nesting in our trees and throwing their heads back in their celebratory bill-clatter.

The Chocolate Detective is guided by a simple belief: chocolate should be both ethical and exquisite. With a magnifying glass in hand and decades of deep craft knowledge, she examines every piece with care—championing transparency, flavour, and the makers behind each bar and bonbon.
At the heart of this mission is Chantal Coady OBE: sustainable chocolate expert, founder of Rococo Chocolates, and lifelong activist for better cocoa. Her work has shaped the landscape of ethical chocolate in the UK and beyond, blending artistry with advocacy in a way few others have achieved.
The Chocolate Detective’s world is built around three strands:
Connect — Collaborating directly with cocoa farmers in Grenada and celebrating chocolate made at grassroots level, keeping value within local communities through true Tree to Bar practices.
Create — Crafting recipes inspired by moments of real life, like the now‑iconic Golden Sea Salt dreamed up while chasing her toddler along Constantine Beach.
Curate — Sourcing exceptional pieces from trusted makers whose classics are simply too good not to share.
Together, these threads form a collection that honours craftsmanship, protects the people behind the cocoa, and celebrates chocolate as a force for good.
