SHIPPING

We ship within Australia and can arrange a quote for international orders. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being confirmed. We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please depending on size and destination.  Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination. All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg. change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been dispatched. We offer secure online ordering through Swipe. Alternatively you can use Pay Pal along with Afterpay.

RETURNS

In the unfortunate event that you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact our Customer Care team at esploraaustralia@gmail.com . Damaged or faulty items will need to be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, unused, within 7 days of receiving the order and with proof of purchase in order for us to issue a refund onto the original form of payment used.

We really hope that you are happy with your order. If for some reason you are dissatisfied please get in touch with us. To complete your return it must be approved first before an exchange is issued. Please note with returns, shipping and handling charges are at the customers cost. We recommend you keep track of your parcel incase it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.

No refunds or exchanges on sale or reduced items unless deemed faulty. These are final sale.

We deserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
