CHRISTMAS SHIPPING 2025

To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner for Christmas, we kindly ask you to review the metro shipping cut-off dates provided below:
Standard Shipping


NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA: Order by Midnight Thursday 19th


NT, WA, TAS: Order by Mid-day Wednesday 18th




Please note the above cut off dates are for metro locations only, for locations outside of these please order earlier to allow 2-3 extra days for delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING


All shipping within Australia will be dispatched within 24 hours of orders being placed Monday to Friday. Order placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please depending on size and destination.  Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination. All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg. change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been dispatched. We offer secure online ordering through Swipe. Alternatively you can use Pay Pal along with Afterpay.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International orders, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout once your address has been entered. Duties and taxes required to be paid by the receiver in another country are not included in the purchase price. Please check with your local customs authority regarding any customs duties or taxes that will need to be payed by you in receiving the delivery – regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties or taxes will not be paid or reimbursed by ESPLORA AUSTRALIA. 

If a parcel is not collected, refused or import duties, customs and taxes levied by the recipients country are unpaid and the parcel is returned to ESPLORA AUSTRALIA, the original cost of shipping and any costs associated with return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Standard Shipping:
USA & UK: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 10-25 business days


RETURNS

In the unfortunate event that you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact our Customer Care team at esploraaustralia@gmail.com . Damaged or faulty items will need to be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, unused, within 7 days of receiving the order and with proof of purchase in order for us to issue a refund onto the original form of payment used.

We really hope that you are happy with your order. If for some reason you are dissatisfied please get in touch with us. To complete your return it must be approved first before an exchange or refund is issued. Please note with returns, shipping and handling charges are at the customers cost. We recommend you keep track of your parcel incase it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.

No refunds or exchanges on sale or reduced items unless deemed faulty. These are final sale.

We deserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
