• 100% Oeko-Tex certified Cotton - 210g/m²

• Machine washable at 60°C

• The illustration is a reproduction of The Shrimp painted in acrylic by Côme.

• Like all cotton tea towels, in order for it to be perfectly absorbent, it should be soaked for a few hours in cold water before washing it. Following its first wash, your Varek Illustrations tea towel will be your best friend in your kitchen.

Shrimp holes are well-kept family secrets that are passed down from generation to generation. The best time to catch them is at night with 'the scale' and a headlamp. This ancestral technique involves placing a circular net 1 meter in diameter in a pool of water at low tide, with a juicy fish head at the bottom. The shrimp rush towards it, but at night, other predators like conger eels or large crabs will not hesitate to snap at it too...
