• The illustration of the Tourteau and the recipe elements were painted in acrylic by Côme

• Like all cotton tea towels, in order for it to be perfectly absorbent, it should be soaked for a few hours in cold water before washing it. Following its first wash, your Varek Illustrations tea towel will be your best friend in your kitchen.

Crab in court-bouillon: Whole crab, Fresh onions, Bay leaves, Salt & Pepper

Court-bouillon is a very simple recipe for all crabs and shellfish. For a spider crab or a crab, plan a slow cooking of about 25 minutes once the water has come to a boil.
