Antonino Piscitello Ceramiche was founded in 1683 in Santo Stefano di Camastra, Sicily, known as "The ceramics town." The Piscitello family has been producing ceramics for over 326 years, their original roots tracing back to Naples, a major center for ceramic tiles in the 17th century. Antonino, a renowned ceramic artist, has won numerous awards at fairs and exhibitions in cities like London, Munich, and New York. In 2006, he was named a "Living Human Treasure" and added to UNESCO's "Intangible Cultural Heritage" list in Sicily. Today, the company represents Italian Mediterranean style with handcrafted ceramics featuring bold colors and unique patterns.
